Professional Bookkeeper for Quickbooks
"Joanne constantly displays her professional expertise in bookkeeping and the usage of Quickbooks. We have had a business relationship for many years. Whenever I meet someone who needs help for Quickbooks, she is my recommendation hands down. Her methods for training are like no other. She will go beyond the norm to make sure you "get it" before she begins something new. By far, she is the best in my view."

Quickbooks Training Specialist

Quickbooks Help for the Stressed
"I recently upgraded from 2009 QB Pro (WIN XP) to 2012 (WIN7 compatible, 64 bit). After the upgrade my company file was corrupt, the previous reconciled records (from 2009 to current) were left unmatched. I also had problems downloading transactions from my bank account (BOA State of MA) into QB2012.
After several weeks of calls to BOA and Intuit I was able to download data, Intuit had to make changes on their end to allow my financial insitution to be selected on the drop down menu (under Online Banking tab).
Joanne arrived to show me how to handle this data by entering into the register and reconciling. She found and adjusted my reconciliation from 2009 to match the same ending balance in 2010 per my bank statement allowing me to continue reconciling to date. With her help I am now able to finish 2011 entries and reconciliation. We also went over the credit card itemization and the best way to enter charges (quicker) and how to reconcile this account.
Last, Joanne showed me how to back up, restore a file and pointed out a very important fact, any restored data file will OVERWRITE the current file on the PC, always back up the company file after making changes (on external storage device).

Quickbooks Tune Up
"Our company had been using Quickbooks for sometime. We heard about Joanne's services and decided to have her come in to review our books for better usage. She found most things to be in order and was able to show me some need tricks for entering things much faster. It certainly was worth having her give us these tips that are time saving. I would recommend companies to have this done with their Quickbooks."

Quickbooks Specialist
"We needed special help with our Quickbooks that was setup a few years ago. We had to reconstruct our Chart of Accounts to display reports that were more meaningful and specific to the insurance business. Joanne was able to do just that in a couple of sessions. She also showed me how to make payroll and other entries easier to process. It was not an easy task and we are very pleased."

Quickbooks Troubleshooting
"Joanne was amazing with our Quickbooks Problem. We have a huge file and after a windows update, over 3 years of reconcilation work reappeared as unopened checks and deposits again. This was so stressful. I tried to figure it out but needed to call someone else. Joanne has a very calming approach and spent some time on the phone with me to helped me through the process to fix this. It is comforting knowing we can call someone that is so knowlegable about troubleshooting Quickbooks."

Quickbooks Training
"I have used Quickbooks for business but did not understand some of the features. Joanne came to my home and sat with me for 3 hours. In that time, she corrected my accounts and literally fix my records to actually give reports that I could understand. As a small business she provided exactly what was needed in simple terms."

Quickbooks Troubleshooting
"I am a treasurer for a small private club that runs a bar. I purchased Quickbooks a few years back but have not been able to get it to do what I want it to do. My accountant had me contact Joanne. She was able to completely fix my current year so that we could do our taxes. We also went through a number of ways to improve my entries. She did this all in one visit. I had concerns about inventory and we discussed ways to keep track of that without making a major project out of it. I was grateful for all her help."

"I needed to see how we could enter all the information we have in our manual system into Quickbook. We need to keep the inventory of each car and also know what we made on the sale of the vehicle. "The task of bookkeeping was very overwhelming and actually taking time away from my growing my business. Joanne was referred to me as an excellent Quickbooks and Bookkeeping Consultant. Quickbooks Bookkeeping Expert
"My wife called Joanne based on her reviews and passion for getting things right. We decided to change accountants and needed instant help. Joanne stepped in and was able to take right over. "I tried to get help from my CPA with my records and it was a disaster. I attended a seminar Joanne gave for small businesses and decided to call her for help with Quickbooks. She evaluated my company file remotely. We scheduled an on-site training session to correct various issues she found. In 3 hours we reviewed all accounts making the necessary adjustments so we could file our tax return. She was very patient and explained all the changes so that I could understand the correct entry process. We covered many areas including payroll, setup of loans, customer accounts and sales tax issues. Thanks Joanne for your help."

Great Help with Quickbooks
"I was using Quickbooks for a while and I knew that there must be an easier way. I found Joanne from my internet search. I went to her office and she was able to guide me through a full month of work. She gave me a lot of tips to help make entering easier especially payroll. I was making so many entries and she did it in one entry. She is a life saver."
