Quickbooks Troubleshooting
"We had a number of issues with transactions in Quickbooks from a previous bookkeeper. Our accountant referred Joanne to help us. Our bank account was never reconciled in two years and she brought us up to date. She made several changes to entries and accounts and explained each change so that I could understand and process with ease in the future. Her recommendation for a payroll enhancement made several entries into one entry. Our company is more than happy with the results of Joanne's services."

Quickbooks - Bookkeeping & Training
"As a self employed attorney there are so many business expenses and administrative tasks to attend to. Joanne Resnick has been extremely helpful, accessible and responsive to my need for assistance organizing my financial records. She has not only reconciled my Quickbooks register with my bank statements and file full of crumpled cash receipts; she has also taught me how to access my own detailed transaction reports, as well as frequently offering tax planning advice I hadn’t considered. "Our computer technician referred us to Joanne Resnick for Quickbooks Training. We were very pleased at the excellent training and bookkeeping knowledge given us by Joanne. She was able to explain all that was necessary for us to use our Quickbooks efficiently. She did all that, streamlined some transactions and also answered all our questions in 3 hours. "My experience with bookkeeping was only accounts receivable and basic adminsitrative bookkeeping duties. I learned from Joanne a lot of Bookkeeping and Accounting terms and structure of the how and why flow of entries into Quickbooks. She makes it very easy to understand and takes all the time necessary for me to get it right. If anyone needs to know Quickbooks, you should call her."

Professional Quickbooks Bookkeeper
"I am a local CPA that has used Joanne Resnick's services for a number of my clients. It is very important for me to feel confident who I send to my clients for Quickbooks setup, training and especially for troubleshooting. It never seems to amaze me the BEFORE and AFTER excellent results she achieves from a messy Quickbooks file. Quickbooks and Quicken Help
"Our company is a non-profit that was in need of trouble shooting many errors of unclassifed and duplications for both Quickbooks on-line and Quicken for Small Business software. Joanne were able to update, correct and reconcile both versions so that the company could file last years return and give current reports to the bank for loan purposes. Joanne was also helpful to save us money recommending payroll services and help retain an office person to keep our records current. We are very greatful for her efforts and talent."

"Ours is not your normal record keeping situation. Our bookkeeper decided not to continute services and we were left without any understanding of what she really did. Joanne was highly recommended to us through a professional networking association. Our complex records were created by means of interlinking excel sheets including the general ledger. We use a third party check system of over 1200 checks a month. Joanne figure out what was done before and put our General Ledger on Quickbooks. She also condensed a job that was previously done 40 hours a month to an average of 25 hours a month. We continue to use her services and would recommend her services to everyone looking for a good dedicated bookkeeping pro."

""I am a Chiropractor and for the past five years, I have been doing my own bookkeeping with a reasonable degree of success... until now. This year the numbers got away from me and six months into the year I knew I was in trouble. I called Joanne Resnick at Bookkeeping Resources and she came right over. In a half a day she made corrections, and reconciled my main bank account. She then sorted out my balance sheet, and taught me a couple of essential skills that will help me to stay on top of the books.
