"Laura is AMAZING! Definite 5 stars!! She gets to know you and your business needs to make Quickbooks work best for your company. Laura is always available for questions and makes you feel you are her only client with such personalized attention. Sales Tax Program Problem
"What a good day for me! She stepped up asked basic questions and had me do a couple of changes and now the program works as it should and it's saved for next month when I use it. Software can be frustrating especially at my age of 74 but within minutes a problem that is common as I understand is solved. The sun is shinning and thank you for those people that know and can solve accounting software problems. Your a jewel for sure! I will in fact recommend you when that opportunity happens....in TX"

Restaurant Daily Sales Reports and Account Setup
"Laura is an expert! This is our first business and we are new to Quickbooks and accounting practices in general. She really helped me, the desperate wife/bookkeeper, wrap my mind around the whole process.
She is extremely patient and presents complex information in a practical way that is easy to understand. I feel less frazzled and more confident and competent in handling the daunting task of keeping our business financially accountable. She will equip you with the knowledge to do this on your own. Her mission is to make you proficient and independent.
If your looking for someone to help you "get Quickbooks" then Laura is the right woman for the job."

Five Stars!
"I use QB for Mac and it's hard to find anyone that understands it and can help. Laura is an expert and a great help with 'issues' that arise, as well she helped me clean up all the messes that had been made by the other so called experts who had worked with my books. She is fast, efficient and pleasant to work with. I also love it that she works remotely via computer and phone.
Highly recommended!"

Set Up Real Estate Quickbooks
"One of the best investments in our company we ever made was hiring Laura to help us get our Quickbooks set up so that it worked for us! She has been a great help in making the program work for the office staff, while giving our accountants what they need at the same time. Our agents are pleased with their bills, we are able to track our REO property expenses, and we have good systems in place to really give us a better picture of our business."

Consultation with setting up work flow in Quickbooks for Trust Accounting
"I contacted Laura for information about establishing a trust fund accounting procedure using Quickbooks. I also needed customized reports. Laura called me back the same day. Not only did she have the in-depth knowledge necessary to quickly set up my Quickbooks trust accounting process, she was also a fantastic communicator. She explained things clearly, so that, using her procedures, I could hit the ground running. She designed customized reports to provide exactly what was needed. Conversion to Quick Books
"Laura Dion was able to guide us to do the work needed for the conversion, allowing us to learn as we went along. Although she was fully capable of "just doing it" she took the time to teach, which helped make it much easier after she left. She explained each step and was able to anticipate our needs. "Laura Dion is awesome. We struggled to find someone who was able to set up our company in the exact way we needed (our accountant tried to set up QuickBooks for us for several days and was not successful). Setup and Training in Quickbooks Online
"Laura's service was some of the best startup money I spent. After spending some time exploring how our catering business operated, she created a set of books in Quickbooks Online that I have been using for 9 months and have found them to fit our needs perfectly! She also helped me setup Online payroll and integrate that into our books. Her training was concise and patient, and she was quick to respond to any questions or additional training I needed. Definitely a 5 star experience."

"Laura was fantastic to work with. She helped me design how my company's financial information would flow between multiple systems including my CRM, my website dashboard, Quickbooks, and banking accounts. Laura is incredibly responsive as well as extremely dedicated to making sure my books are accurate.

"I give Laura five stars!
Laura is a rare find. If you are an attorney using Quickbooks she is the gold standard! We used another Quickbooks “expert” for help with our law firm and were very dismayed at her lack of knowledge. We did a diligent search and could not find anyone who gave us a level of comfort when it came to helping attorneys. We finally found Laura and the problems that we were having were quickly and professionally rectified. She is worth the money and is definitely a valuable addition to our team. She is a total professional and hard worker. I have sent her e-mails late in the evening and received a response that evening. She is an outstanding teacher who makes formidable problems easy to overcome. We feel fortunate to have found Laura and give her the highest possible recommendation."
